Akwaaba! (Welcome)

Ghana: Land of Gold chronicles the recent past from 400 years of human trafficking across the Atlantic to the rich and enduring traditional and modern culture of Ghana. It shows how an intact culture has molded and maintained a people full of humility and grace, love for themselves, as well as for their kith and kin across the Atlantic Ocean. The documentary shows the beauty of Ghana's traditions which provide an example for those of us in the Diaspora. Come and see yourself reflected in your family in a land across the Atlantic Ocean.

Ethiopia: People, Land & Culture takes the viewer on a journey into Ethiopia's long and rich history...from it's ancient dynasties to the present.  The palace remains of Makeda, the Queen of Sheba; magnificent tekenus (obelisks); centuries-old treasures; 17th century castles; rock-hewn churches considered to be the Eighth Wonder of the World; breathtaking landscapes and warm, inviting people are just a few of the things revealed in this documentary.

All of the footage was shot on location in Ghana and in Ethiopia.
